REFUND POLICY.

General Donation Policy

Bringing People Together Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization. All donations made through our website or fundraising platforms are used to support our humanitarian programs in Africa and Romania.

Because donations are processed immediately and used to fund mission-critical work, they are generally non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

We understand that mistakes happen. If you believe you have made a donation in error — for example, by entering the wrong amount or making a duplicate donation — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

To request a refund, email us at: info@bptfoundation.org.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The date and amount of the donation

  • The email address you used

  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Method

If your refund is approved, we will return the funds via the original payment method (e.g., the same card or PayPal account used).
Please note that banks or processors may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Event or Campaign Refunds

If you registered for a paid event or campaign contribution and it has been canceled, we will issue full refunds to all participants automatically. Otherwise, contributions to campaigns are treated as charitable gifts and follow the donation refund policy above.
